Our responsibilities are
- to deal with the registration of students who pass the national university entrance examination and are accepted into our university.
- to keep a file for each student, as well as an electronic version of the file. This file includes the following
a- a hard copy of university entrance examination result,
b- student’s grades earned after each course during his or her study in our university,
c- transcript,
d- any document on student’s financial aid or scholarship request,
e- a disciplinary record of the student.
- to prepare transcripts for the students.
- to prepare any document to be submitted to any govermental office upon student’s request.
- to prepare ID cards for students.
- to prepare diploma for graduates.
- to notify the relevant departments when students receive a scholarship.
- to find out students who are not eligible for discounts off their tuition fees due to failure in a course.
- to keep record of the students’ payment details both as hard copy and on electronic format.
- to track students who do not sit for the exams.
- to deal with transferal procedures of a student to other universities
